John Matthews was a partner of ADR International for 13 years during which time he led many substantial consultancy assignments in clients with revenues ranging from £30 million to £20 billion. Prior to that he was head of purchasing for two FTSE250 companies and has held a variety of other purchasing positions with blue chip companies in his 30 year career.
